It is with deep regret that we report the sudden passing of our highly esteemed colleague, partner and dear friend Jerry Shattner, co-founder and executive vice president of SAND Technology. Jerry touched all of us at SAND with his generous spirit, compassion, integrity, unwavering commitment and enthusiasm for life. It is in Jerry’s honor that we move forward and continue to realize the vision that he helped create, and to  build on the success we’ve achieved as a company.

Jerry will be profoundly missed by us all. Please join me in extending our condolences to Jerry’s wife, family, and all those who had the good fortune of knowing him.
